We provide a comprehensive all-in-one loft conversion service and oversee every step of the process, from the initial design, planning, approval, to its construction. When you're happy to proceed, The Brighton Loft Co. will draw up plans which cater to your exact specifications and if necessary, deal with any planning permission requirements on your behalf. Equally, if you wish to appoint your own architect and/or structural engineer, we are more than happy to work with them.
Fixed Price
Once we conduct a free, no obligation site survey of your home, you will receive a quote from us detailing a breakdown of the stages of your loft conversion and associated costs. If you decide to choose us, the price you sign up to will remain fixed. The overall cost will be divided into major milestones on your project, with a percentage paid upon each completion. Jake and Joe were really polite and courteous throughout the job and were really accepting of my need to work from home. They always kept me informed so I could plan around what work they were doing that date. I was impressed by their problem solving, eg lack of ceiling height, and fitting stairs in a complex space. I was also impressed by their attention to detail. Gilles worked really hard to resolve it when there was a problem with my plan, and he went over and above what he needed to do. I absolutely love my loft conversion. It’s bright and airy and bigger than I could have imagined.

Gilles and his team worked wonders with our very challenging small house, creating a much-needed 3rd attic bedroom and helping with other associated works. We had many challenges on the job from a global pandemic to problem solving structural engineering elements, but whatever was thrown at Gilles and his team - they came up with solutions.
